The Room

The room, the bar,

One long room on Elgin Street. A bar at its heart, a cellar behind it, an open kitchen at the back. We built it for slow evenings and easy conversation — a French corner of SoHo that feels like it has always been here.

Behind the bar, a small team who know their wine. In the kitchen, a chef with something to prove. Between them, a place to call your own.
